Great power supply
I decided to upgrade my usb-c power supply on my WIIM PRO and it works well and gives my WIIM a little more reinforces a little more headroom on the sound when streaming my music.

Reliable Power for Raspberry Pi 5 Projects
The CanaKit 45W USB-C Power Supply with PD has proven to be an essential accessory for my Raspberry Pi 5 setup. As someone who frequently works on Raspberry Pi projects, having a power supply that delivers consistent and adequate power is crucial, and this one does not disappoint. The 27W output at 5A ensures that my Raspberry Pi runs smoothly, even when I have multiple peripherals connected. The USB-C connector is sturdy and fits snugly, providing a reliable connection without any power drops or interruptions. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much space on my desk, which is always a bonus. One small suggestion would be a slightly longer cable for more flexibility in positioning, but overall, it meets my needs perfectly. Here’s a quick dad joke for a smile: Why did the Raspberry Pi get in trouble? Because it couldn’t resist a good power supply! Overall, the CanaKit 45W USB-C Power Supply is a must-have for any Raspberry Pi 5 user. It offers the power and reliability needed to keep your projects running efficiently, making it an excellent investment for any tech enthusiast.

Reliable and performant
Had issues running my Raspberry Pi 4 + Samsung T7 using a cheap usb plug. Only booted up on USB2.0. This power supply immediately fixed my issue and now my Pi4b is working great for my use case.

Works fine! Would have liked more...
The CanaKit 45W USB power supply works great with my Raspberry Pi 5 and 4, with no issues! But, sigh, CanaKit wants additional money for a switch with an LED. Would have liked folding prongs, would have liked a power LED-- in the base model/config. A switch probably is asking for too much but this is not the least expensive power supply around for Raspberry Pi.

Premium Product - Designed To Work For a Long Time
I already had two of these for Pi5 installs and then bought an Argon kit for my third one. The adapter they included was less than half the size of the CanaKit and it burned out in six months.

Great product
It is a very good usb-c with enough power to run a raspberry pi 5 16 gb at full. It does not get very hot either. It is really good for the price and it charges my phone very quickly.

Reliably delivers proper 5V/5A power to your Raspberry Pi5
Raspberry Pi5's require 5V/5A to run properly. You could have a 200 watt phone charger, or a large power-bank and odds are, neither-one will power the Raspberry Pi5, because they produce power at 5V/3A, which works with 99% of the gadgets you power on a day-to-day basis, but it does not work with the RPi5. If you want to use the newest Pi, you are have been constrained to buying the Raspberry Pi5 offical charger. This charger breaks the monopoly that Raspberry Pi created and allows you to power a RPi5 without issue. It is custom made for the Pi5, & it supplies 5V/5A. It's also a is a little bigger (more watts) than the proprietary charger, and thats good, because the RPi5 is very finicky and it will limit power output to usb ports very fast, at the slightest hint of an under-powered charger. This charger is a must buy if you want to work with the Pi5.

Updated review - I figured out the issue
I cannot find my old review of this power supply unit, and I wish I could because I would have provided a good edit. I apologize for the previous review. It wasn't technically a BAD review, but it wasn't as good as it could be because of the issue I will get to. I purchased this because I was unaware of how power hungry the Pi5 is, and I was getting the under current warning every time I would boot up. Yes, the Pi5 will technically run with a Pi4 power supply, but you won't enjoy the full power of the Pi5. So purchasing a PSU like the one from Canakit is the way to go. Anyway, I bought this so I could feed the hungry beast of a Pi, unboxed it, plugged it in with high expectations that it would run fine and give me no warnings. But my hopes were dashed as soon as I got to my home screen and saw the warning in the upper right hand corner...mocking me. So, the battle was on. At first I thought it was the PSU not being able to quite deliver enough of the angry pixies and stopped trying to figure it out at that point. This was when I left a review stating that it wasn't quite up to Pi5 expectations, but that it would be good for a Pi4 (and yes, it WOULD be good for the Pi4 as well). I ordered a new, Pi5 PSU direct from one of the other distributors and again, with same expectations in mind, plugged it in and was relieved to see no warning. However, that did not last long. I started getting the error again. After digging around, I found out what the issue was. You have to add a line to the config.txt file and rpi-eeprom-config file to tell the Pi5 that it is indeed powered by a compliant PSU. That line is "PSU_MAX_CURRENT=5000". Once you do that, and reboot, you will be pleased to see no more warning. I have never been disappointed by Canakit's offerings, and will always recommend them to people if they are looking for Pi related hardware. I sincerely apologize for my previous review. This is indeed a good product, and the truth is, it was PEBKAC all along, and I just needed to dig some more.
