Very easy to install once you have pre-drilled the holes in the leg base. The new loftboards feel very sturdy on top of these legs but you have to screw the boards on to the top of the legs, as per the included instructions. I staggered the positions of the legs from rafter to rafter to improve stability. I used 200mm Knauf Eko roll insulation which was perfect for this new gap and 30mm x 4mm Turbodrive wood screws. The photo shows the loft part way through the install. I had no issues installing each leg. I used Turbo Gold wood screws and had no need to pre drill each leg. These screws self drill into anything and made light work of these legs. Placed one screw over the pre marked hole point and pressed the trigger on my drill driver and the screw went in extremely easily. NO NEED TO PRE DRILL!!
