This is a sturdy and well made product, a perfect fit with no leakage at all. I live in a very hard water area, Copenhagen, and was delighted and surprised at the difference this shower filter made. I use a fraction of the soap, shampoo etc that I used to use and my hair is cleaner & softer. I also suffer from a chronic bronchial ailment and was frequently out of breath after taking a shower, now however I feel far better. All in all a huge improvement. On a practical note; the filter cartridge contains charcoal and various other things the dust from which makes the water run dark at first. This is to be expected and it is recommended to run the water for a couple of minutes when the filter is first connected before using the shower, not a problem as the water very soon runs clear. I would however recommend removing the shower head from your shower attachment before running the water through so as to avoid any of the loose particles etc getting caught in the shower head holes. Doing this also makes it easier to see when the water has begun to 'run clear' This is a great product, it works very well and, unlike many others available on Amazon & elsewhere, it comes with an extra filter cartridge so it represents remarkable value for money also given that it is approximately 25% cheaper than most of it's competitors. I cannot recommend this shower filter any more highly, it really is that good.

Noticed difference at the beginning of use, softer hair and skin, but goes away after a month of use.

This is a fantastic alternative to the more expensive brands of shower filter and works just as well, if not better. It's super easy to fit (it only takes a few seconds) and works brilliantly. It doesn't affect the power of the water flow at all, but there's a noticeable improvement in the water quality straight away. It feels much softer and more gentle than without the filter, and it doesn't sting when the water gets in your eyes. The seller's communication is also brilliant. I'd definitely recommend.

I received the shower filter promptly but was missing the additional cartridge. I contacted the seller and they sent it the following day with apologies which it is good. When I fitted, it was very tight and hits the tap, so tap does not close completely...likely I will give to my mum for her to use in Spain. Also really would have liked that it filtered not just Chorine but also Chloramine. Over all appears a good enough product and company.

Very easy to install, water felt softer & limescale reduced dramatically for about two weeks. Very expensive if you have to change filters every couple of weeks , such a shame ☹️

Kudos to a company that provides a health-supporting product at a very reasonable price! This item not only does a brilliant job of keeping limescale - and many other unwanted substances in tap water - from my showering experience. Hair and skin are much happier, and I do not have to inhale a whole load of toxins as I luxuriate in the steam that is generated from the shower head. It fits easily and with no fuss at all...and I am no plumber. To top it all, a replacement cartridge is included. What's not to like? Am definitely a FAN. Thanks Firefly!

I was skeptical about this filter but felt it potentially offered a better filter than its competitors for the price based on all their reviews. I live in a hard water area and with a fairly high level of chlorine(based on the terrible smell) and also have a low water pressure which is only just high enough to meet the minimum for our Triton electric shower so I was very pleased when the filter did not affect the water flow from the shower and only took 2 minutes to fit to the bottom of the shower. I ran the shower for 5 mins the first time as recommended but no dirty water came out and on the first shower it was very noticeable that it was performing well with removing the chlorine as no smell. The water was also softer and made the shower gel foam up much more than normal and the lack of itching after the shower was also very noticeable I suffer with Eczema on my legs, arms, hands and feet and also have Asthma and recently diagnosed with Emphysema but had no wheezing or coughing during my shower either which I would normally do before the filter was fitted. To be honest i can't say that in 3 weeks it has made my skin softer or helped clear up any of my Eczema as I only have this one filter fitted to the shower and still have my hands in unfiltered water quite often during the day but it has definitely stopped the itching I would get after a shower. My wife also reports that it has removed the chlorine smell and her hair definitely feels softer and the straw like feel it had after washing has now gone. I will definitely reccomend this filter to family and friends and also source a filter to go on my water main to extend the filtration to the rest of the house.

Great product, simple to fit and arrived quickly. I couldn't fit it directly to the shower unit but it works just as well fitted to the shower hose and shower head, I just had to make sure that the filter was the right way around.
