Easy set-up sconce. Good lighting option without any drilling into wall. Modern look for small hallway. Adjustable lights are easy access. Would buy more.

Lightess LED Wall Sconce, Dimmable Wall Light with Rechargeable Battery Operated USB, Touch Control, Up Down Wall Mount Lamp Black for Bedroom Hallway Living Room, Warm White Brand: Lightess Price: $28.98 This came nicely packaged and arrived with no damage and included everything needed to install and operate. There are some nice features on this light and some features I might change if I was the seller. 1. Super easy to install, charge and use. I can't say enough about this being a "plug" and play light, that could go just about anywhere inside. With the magnets on the back of the light itself, you can attach it to anything metal or use the included 3M magnetic sticker to install it to a non-metal surface. I used the term "plug" but that is only to charge the battery, this is a wireless light, no power needed at its mounting location. 2. Charges fast and the blue indicator light (pic. 5) pulses while charging. Solid blue means it is charged. When your battery is exhausted, simply remove the light from its hanging spot and recharge. One could also run a cord to it and not move it. 3. Battery seems to last a long time before needing recharging. I don't plan on using this light more than an hour a day. When I tested it to see how long the battery stayed charged, I got about 10 hours on full brightness. 4. The single on/off.dim button is both good and bad. The good, just a slight tough and the light is on or off, doesn't take much effort at all. The bad, the button also dims/brightens the light, so if you touch it just a brief second too long, you lose whatever brightness you previously set it at. Not a deal breaker, just would have preferred a separate dimmer. 5. Size. For me this was the perfect size light to put on a pillar next to my coffee station. Pictures 3 and 4 show its measurement (in inches). Don't be fooled by a few of the pics (posted by seller) that this looks quite large in. It is 6 1/2" x 3 1/2". The seller does include correct measurements, but they are in metric and too often people skip by some of the details and rely on pictures. I would suggest that the seller remove pics that make this light appear much bigger than it actually is. All in all this was the perfect light for my purpose. Which was to have a non-wired, nice looking sconce to dimly light up my coffee area for using at night, to prepare the morning coffee. If you are looking for a bright sconce, this is not it. This is most definitely just a nice mood or ambiance piece. One other suggestion to the seller, the magnetic 3D tape isn't very strong. The magnets on the back of the sconce are plenty strong when attaching to a real metal surface, but the 3D tape seems to barely hold the sconce in place (slips from side to side) and it is too easy to misalign the sconce when turning it on or off. Not a deal breaker, but would prefer a more solid bond between the tape and sconce. 2 Thumbs up for Value and functionality, but buyers, READ about size and brightness B4 buying.

Do not buy! I just got it today and it worked on arrival but other than that, that’s it. Won’t charge. How unfortunate. I really liked it. Unfortunate, that’s what I get for ignoring the “frequently returned item” sign. Buy something else, spend the extra money on a better quality item. It feels very light like a toy.

Plenty of light for reading

You know whenever you order off the internet you are never quite sure what you'll get. Well, with this order you'll be getting a top quality light. I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy this light is. The metal used on it is thick. I also was impressed at the button you push to turn the light off/on and brighter/dimmer. You just put your finger over the round button but you don't have to actually press it. At first I had considered hanging it in my hallway but reconsidered. I have large kitchen cabinets and a backslash with terrible lighting. I've decided to put it there instead. Then I can pull the light off (since it is magnetic and the metal piece attaches to the wall) and I can set it wherever I need to in my kitchen. My husband is also getting me another magnetic piece put on the wall so I can move the light around as I need it. The instructions and parts you need are included and they are easy to read and follow. I am also going to keep it on the dimmest setting at night so if i come to the kitchen i can still see around. I am so happy with this purchase. I know on the pictures online it shows to put the button on the bottom side when you hang it but I just prefer it on the top. To me that makes more sense. Also, it did come fully charged. I will keep the charging cord in a drawer in the kitchen so it is handy when I charge it up. Finally I'll say that it does not look cheap. It is quality and looks classic. This was a great find that is very useful.
