These came in good time and just as well. By the time I found these I was at breaking point. Heel pain has been dramatically reduced thanks to troo step. Every step was agonising, now I can get through the day with a smile on my face. They don't cure the problem, but they have changed my life. I have just ordered a second pair.

I've been using these for a while and I love them. I can stay on my feet for longer and experience very little pain these days. I've even managed to avoid having a cortisone needle! On this occasion I ordered a pair for my dad who is 86. He was very impressed the first time he used them!

Product works ok I feel there is better value with other products.

So far so good with the aid of stretching exercises these insoles do appear to be making a difference. Certainly better than any another insoles I have purchased over time. Have just brought a second pair so would definatly recommend these.Well worth a try.

Only reason ive given 4 stars on pain & value is because ive only tried them for just over a week but at the moment all going well

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and without these insolves I can hardly walk at times. I have been wearing these insolves in all of my footware for some time now and would not be without them. They look like they could never help when they arrive but once you try them you will be glad that you did. I would highly recommend them to anyone with aching, painful feet.

So far (3 weeks in) they have proved to be very average, I got as much support from other insoles. Nothing like the hype.

Well, I read the reviews, the goods & the bads & decided to try these out of desperation ! As others have stated, these initially seem like very expensive bits of foam chopped out, and I also thought I'd been had ! You have to try them to believe !! I've worn them about 10 days now, and got immediate & improving comport & relieve from pain in sole of my foot. The inserts 'bed in' & take the imprint of your foot after a couple of days & I think this is the key to it, as it spreads the load. The package contains 2 strips of foam, with instructions to 'glue' (not supplied) them where necessary after 2-3 weeks use. I jumped the gun, and fitted arch supports after a week, and they were not comfortable even after 2-3 days, so I've removed the extra bits & gained immediate relief all day at work today. I would have given 5 stars, but there was no glue or suggestion of what to use (foam can be funny with adhesives !) I used double sided tape, but have since peeled it off without damage. £20 seems a lot but they work :-)
