Griddle is a game changer!
This is a great griddle! Non-stick and easy cleanup after using. It fits perfectly to my Coleman camp stove! The weight to the griddle is super low so it’s easy to remove and store it away when not needed. It’s definitely worth the money!

Nordic gruddle is pretty handy, but dobt cook fatty bacon in it.
Bought for my stove it is built for, only used once so far. Worked great. Durable, no stick, quality built. Reservoir seems minimal.

Glad I picked this griddle
I love this griddle. It fits perfectly over my gas stove burners and stays in place. The surface is very easy to clean and nothing ever sticks to it. It fits over 2 burners and I can set one side on low to keep stuff warm after I cook it or set both burners on the same temp. It’s very versatile. It cooks food evenly and everything comes out perfect. And it’s easy to store. I researched a lot of griddles before deciding to buy this one and I’m glad that I picked this one.

Too expensive on Amazon, find it seasonally at Costco for a lot less.
My wife and I went camping this weekend and it was the first opportunity I'd had to use this since making the purchase. I did not make a mistake. The non-stick was flawless and I cooked burgers, pancakes, bacon and eggs on it. I was able to get that nice crust on the burgers, akin to the same on cast iron. The pancakes slid right off, as did the eggs. The bacon cooked perfectly, and the clean up was easy with nothing more than a few paper towels. The high sides make it really easy to move food around and they keep the mess to a minimum. One thing to note, is the size. This thing is big to the point where I had difficulty getting to the burner knobs on my high pressure stove. It's overly deep and overly wide. That's a plus for most people, so just be mindful of the measurements given in the description to make sure you have room to work with it. Another plus that speaks to the potential longevity of this griddle is that there are numerous stabilizing ribs cast into the underside of the griddle which protects it from warping. This makes for a very nice unit overall. Time will tell as to the longevity of the non-stick coating, but assuming you're using non-metallic tools, this should provide years of trouble free use. After using it now however for some time, I've come to discover that if you use this on a propane BBQ it warps something fierce. Normal use on a dual burner stove does not warp it, however, this griddle is really pricey on Amazon, but you can find this as a seasonally stocked item at Costco, and I know that they've carried it for the last few years, so keep you eyes open for it.

Nice non stick.
Very nice griddle. Room for lots of bacon and pancakes. Nice non stick finish. Would buy again.

Versatile grill for use on a variety of stoves
Hey listen, it's not cast iron and probably won't last for 100 years, but it also doesn't weigh 50 pounds. This thing is light as a feather and is super easy to manipulate and transport. That makes it very versatile and that is exactly what I was looking for. I used it to crisp up some burritos on my electric glass cook top, and it worked wonderfully. I was worried about being able to use this on my glass top stove as it seems like most griddles are fit or miss, but this had no issue with the glass top. This thing is large enough to almost cover 2 entire burners, which is more than most of the other griddles I have seen. It does seem larger than the other griddles I have seen. After using it on the the electric cook top, I took this on my camping trip to use with my little 2 burner coleman stove. Guess what? Worked like a champ with that thing too! I fit perfectly. Honestly, you would almost think this was designed to use with a camping stove with how perfect it fit. Used it to cook pancakes and sausages for breakfast. Grilled cheese for lunch. Grilled zucchini with dinner. I was also able to put a pot directly on top of this and heat up some soup as if were directly on the burner itself. So I was able to cook a complete meal with even having to remove the griddle. Clean up is a cinch. Honestly, I could have gotten by with just wiping this thing down with a paper towel and calling it good, but I am a tad weird about that so I had to wash it off. But honestly, I was able to wipe all the remnants from the breakfast sausages off this prior to washing. So this is a a legit non stick surface. Basically, I was looking for something to replace the ridiculous plug in griddle that never seem to cook anything evenly and this has far exceeded my expectations so far. Looking forward to getting rid of my electric griddle and having one less bulky appliance around!

Def a 5-star for our purposes
Exactly what we needed for pancake mornings. We love cast iron for most foods, but not pancakes, fr toast & super-basic kid-style grilled cheese. Works fine on 2 burners of my glass-top, which I was unsure about before I ordered. Love the little drain channel for sausages. Def gets lots of use.

Does not cook food on electric burners
I love the surface of this griddle, but the advertisement is deceptive and inaccurate. It clearly states that this 2 burner griddle will cook on electric, gas and ceramic stovetop! IT DOES NOT cook food on electric or ceramic stovetop BECAUSE the bottom of it IS NOT FLAT. My first experience with it was cooking bacon. I couldn't understand why medium heat didn't cook the bacon at all. It just made the bacon soft and gooey. So I turned the heat up to med-hi. It cooked a little. By now 30 minutes have passed, so I turned my burner to high. The bacon cooked, but not to crispy. Just cooked through. The entire process took 45 minutes. We had our BLT's for dinner. My point being, this lovely griddle needs the flames of a gas burner to touch the bottom in order to cook. On electric burners, the bottom does not sit directly on the burners. It's held up off the burners by the weird ridges criss-crossing back and forth. If the bottom was flat, it would cook food on electric, gas or ceramic. Very very poor design. I'm very disappointed. So BUYER BEWARE. This griddle only cooks on GAS BURNERS.
