For me, the best part is the hundreds of photos that are included next to each clear, easy to understand instruction. I no longer have to try to mentally visualize what the text is trying to describe. Whew! This clears up so much confusion and I get more accomplished. I read some of the few negative comments, and I can agree that it is not advanced enough to be considered a book for “tailoring”, but there are many books specifically for advanced sewing techniques.
