Review: Some of my views on the Huawei P10 phone I purchased recently. - I use a smartphone as follows: Primarily as voice (phone), e-mail, some minor texting , a small amount of photos and very occasionally video. With the above in mind, I will start by saying that my Huawei P10 was delivered, factory sealed and packed adequately by desertcart.co.uk. The box contained the phone, earbuds, fast charger and 5 amp USB lead, a basic transparent case and a screen-protector pre-applied in the factory to the screen of the phone. The case and screen-protector are nice touches by Huawei, which I appreciate. The first two items I look for in any article I buy is that it is factory sealed and has a good to excellent build quality. In the case of the Huawei P10 it had both. The build quality is basically excellent; it is hard to see if it could not be built better. The phone is built of an aluminium body with a glass screen applied to the top surrounded, in my phone, by a white surround (plastic, I think). There is one speaker at the bottom of the phone which is quite loud, and the screen is clear and bright. As the phone has Android 7 there is a vast amount of settings etc. so the phone can be customised as I want. In use the phone is fast, with no lag. It does not heat up at all except that it gets warm when fast charging, which is remarkable considering how much is packed into a small space. I had no issues with setting up the phone; it found the house Wi-Fi connection and connected once the password was entered. All my contacts were entered into the phone once I logged into my Gmail account and the phone synchronised all my data. It was only necessary to install a couple of apps, and my calendar was also synchronised. Now you may ask why I picked the Huawei P10. Well, I liked the design and the fact it had a metal build. It was on sale at a very good Black Friday price. And finally it is backed by Huawei, which is the largest Telecoms Company worldwide. To conclude, the Huawei P10 is a great phone, and at a great price (when I purchased). I would whole heartly recommend it to any prospective purchaser. Note: My only grumble is that I was looking at the black version of this phone, but desertcart.co.uk had limited it to Prime desertcart customers at the time. In my opinion this is bad customer practice and somewhat anti-competitive, but this is only my personal opinion.
Review: Get off the bandwagon! - Stuff your Iphone and Samsung, i'm jumping ship. This phone is a master piece. User friendly- Very easy to use and get to grips with, it has simplified the Samsung app menu, and your are finally able to get rid of those annoying inbuilt apps that comes with android phones. Everything seems to be where it should be. Camera - Superb. I'm no expert when it comes to photography, but the leica camera built into the phone makes up for it. added a few snaps to prove that anyone can pull off a good holiday photo with this phone. Bluetooth - This is the only draw back i found, it is very particular when it comes to finding devices to pair with. have to ensure that all other devices have been unpaired as it doesn't like to share. So if your mate has paired with your speaker, it will refuse to find it. The way round this i recently discovered is to put your phone into Aeroplane mode and then try the Bluetooth. Seemed to increase the chances of the Bluetooth device being detected by the phone.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great phone, good value

Great phone, does everything you want it to, does not overheat, takes amazing pictures, sound quality is great. For me personaly would have been perfect if Huawei actually made it in dual sim (two actual sim slots as well as a memory chip slot- not the hybrid second sim crap they try to pass off as dual sim). If you are looking for a fingle sim phone, this is one of the best on the market at it's price range.
