Product is not for me
I started off on Monday with one capsule, because I wasnโt sure what it would do to me. After three days of taking this, I stopped. I was having bad stomach pains, and some nausea. No appetite and just fell awful. I know this product works for some people, but not me.

High selenium.
This product really works. The only problem is the selenium. Itโs way too much. My blood test was off the charts for selenium after taking this for 2 months. I now take it only twice a week.
