I have been taking this for quite some time. It definitely helps with sleep. I think it also makes me have less brain fog when I wake up but that might be a side product of better sleep. Its definitely better for the cognitive function. Everything else is harder to detect. It is worth the money for me.EDIT* I also get leg cramps when I forget to take mine at night - definite sign of magnesium deficiency. It does the job with no side effects.

I really like that this product has three kinds of magnisium in this one product. It's sometimes difficult to be sure your taking the kind you should be based on your needs and this helps solve that issue. It also makes sure you are taking the kinds most readily absorbable for your body. I started taking this for restless leg syndrome and leg cramping in my sleep, and it really seems to help lessen my issues.The pills aren't too large and they are easy to swallow, and the bottle was sealed nicely as well.

Multiple types of magnesium
I really haven’t been taking this long enough to see any real difference. The pills are easy to take and they do not give me any intestinal distress. I think they are on the expensive side but it’s hard to tell whether they’re effective yet. Three types of magnesium are included in this formula. I don’t notice any difference in my sleeping. I need to give it a few more months before I can give an objective review.
