Item has an US plug so is not suitable or safe for UK use. Couldn't see kite mark. Fused our house on first use. Dangerous.

The blender is completely dead/ defective. I didn't try it when I bought it and the return window has expired. I even gifted it to a friend before discovering the fault. It was a huge embarrassing, shock when my friend informed me that the product was dead. Such a major quality control failure is highly unexpected from a premium brand like Ninja, which is absolutely disappointing!

Well I was exited to use my twisti but it came with a us socket so I got an adapter plugged it in and the ninja blew up made a bang and a light flashed from the bottom

The item comes with a plug that is not compatible for U.K. use - the reviews from people who have used an adaptor have said the machine blows up. This should not be sold for U.K. use and the seller should clearly mark it has a USA plug. Not fit for purpose in the U.K.

This product is not suitable for the UK, sent with American plug on it, very disappointing!!! Amazon fail.

I bought this product from Amazon UK and the price was in GBP. It took awhile to arrive, but it was just what i was looking for. After opening it up and seeing an American plug, i realised that it wouldn't work in the UK with specialist transformers. The selling has wasted my time, effort and money (still waiting for a refund). If you live outside of the US, do not buy this.

Voltag is 120 V and not compatible with KSA standards, I plugged it and it immediately shorted.

Having one blender that does everything has been a game changer for me.It saves space in my kitchen and replaces multiple appliances. The blending performance is excellent. It blends smoothly and very fast with consistent results. It handles smoothies, soups, sauces, and everyday blending with ease. If you are looking for a reliable and efficient blender, I highly recommend this one.

This Ninja system is an absolute powerhouse. I’ve used plenty of blenders before, but this one doesn’t even flinch at frozen fruit, ice, or anything remotely tough. Pitcher & (2) To-Go Cups, Gray) ist nicht in der EU zugelassen wurden, da Amazon US keine Information über das Gerät gibt wurde es vom Zoll gleich wieder zurück geschickt, ich warte bis heute noch auf mein Geld. Zu beschreibung für dieses Gerät fehlen auch das CE und Tüv sowie das Zeichen ob es für den Deutschen Haushalt geeignet ist, laut Ninja auf der EU seite ist dieser Standmixer nicht verfügbar und für den Deutschen Markt einsetzbar.

I have been using the Ninja every day for two weeks now. This thing is excellent, especially for one or two people. I have been using it to create healthy smoothies using raw spinach, frozen fruit and ice (among other things) and all of those tougher ingredients are pulzerized and mixed perfectly. The iq function is great because it does all the speed changes, on/off pulses automatically. The two go cups make it so easy to blend up a drink and walk out the door, no cleanup. I did a bunch of research and to me this was as good as much more expensive options. Just buy it!
