I use it all night if you remove it carefully you can reuse it just save the backing you take off

I am sorry I have no idea, but you could always remove the tape, sunbathe and then put it back. If you wanted if to prevent sun burn I doubt it would be as effective as proper coverings or shade.

Would this still still after applying scar balm first daily?

It doesn’t stick well to wet or greasy skin so as long as the skin was dry or had absorbed the balm it would work, or was on surrounding skin rather than where the balm is
