Exhaust port on this smoker is larger than the one on the Highlander. The hole diameter is too small on the TTT for the Longhorn. Worked with it for hours trying to get various configurations to work. Does not get the smoker up to temp and chokes it especially if you use any wood at all (point of a smoker). I have serious doubts at its effectiveness to work well even with the highlander model and wood splits without producing dirty smoke. The youtube post the website links to shows its use on the highlander, but even in that video it showed the exhaust stack producing gobs of white dirty smoke. Not good during a cook. The poster comments that the smoke clears up after 15 minutes when he puts splits on. Hello, I certainly don't want 15 minutes of dirty smoke on my briskets or port shoulders. This seems better suited to plain old charcoal cooking on a kettle. **Q: Will this fit a 4" diameter offset smoker exhaust stack?** A: Fits standard exhaust for 22 inch and 26 inch Weber Kettle Grills. Have not measured these. Hope this helps. **Q: Is the strip of square white tubing included with the ttt-03 cr6 model a high temp silicon to help seal?** A: If that is the model you ordered then it will. I highly recommend it **Q: Will this fit a 3" diameter offset smoker exhaust stack?** A: I think this is too big for a 3 inch pipe, you will need to come up with something to put in the base to reduce it. I ordered a different model that has a soft heat resistant material in it that shrinks it from 5 inches to 3.85 which works for my 3.5 inch stack. Sorry I don't know what the material is but maybe you can contact customer service to get an extra strip of it to shrink down to 3 inches?
