I put off getting a tongue scraper since I have a pretty healthy gag reflex. But the good reviews on this made me give it a try, and I'm glad I did. Just brushing my tongue with a toothbrush did nothing to help. This... well, make sure you do this over a sink. I got a ton off with the first swipe. The arch shaped one is the better of the two, it does so much more, more quickly. Love that they come in little cases to keep them clean.
