Great product at a reasonable price
My mother used this and she had beautiful skin. I recently decided to try it when my go to brand kept increasing in price. I’m glad I switched. It’s goes on light, not greasy and the 40 SPF is necessary for me

Great for money and good quality 100%
We have used olay products in the past, howver this product is best. It does what it says it does. My kid had some marks on the face due to over exposure to Sun during this past summer and this prodcut helped reduce the marks in 2 weeks of use and the marks are now gone after consistent use. Thanks Olay for this reliable product and protection without the feel over greasiness and sticky feel.

basic but works, irritates my eyes, hydrating, overall I like it
I like it enough that I will probably get it again*. See note below I use sunscreen every single day, sun or not. I am just in the habit of using it, so I look for multi-tasking products. I like a sunscreen that is at the minimum capable of serving as a moisturizer and has a good SPF rating. I normally go with Korean sunscreens as their products are the best at multi-tasking. But I was keen on giving Olay a try. It was what I used as a teen and for a couple of decades back when it was still called Oil of Olay. I got away from it as I wanted stronger SPF (I think at time it was 15-20 spf). When I saw this SPF 40, I jumped at giving it a try. I dont do less than 40. Yet anything too much higher can take on a suncreen look and feel (especially if it uses archaic USA formulas like this). This has mild sunscreen aroma. Not bad. Feels like a thick moisturizer. No white cast because it is a chemical sunscreen. Spreads well, massages in nicely. Leaves skin feeling hydrated. Not greasy to me, but I have dry skin. Has ceramides and such to help protect the skin barrier. Very important to the integrity of the skin, and a must have for anyone with sensitive skin. (so many problems arise from cruddy skin barrier) Nothing fancy. But it is simple and seems effective. * Note: Only bad aspect is that I can not get it anywhere near my eyes or it burns. My eyes will be irritated until I wash my face. This is why I tend to go with Korean (French, or Australian) sunscreens because they use more advanced sun protections chemicals and minerals. Olay is using old school ingredients. Nice combination, but it has its drawbacks (for me). Yet, I still "like" it.

Great as a sunscreen.
I been using this stuff all over my body as a sunscreen for years. It is the only product I've found that goes on easily and doesn't irritate my skin. Once on, you'll never know it's there. Protects all day. Unscented.

Oil of Olay SPF 40 causes burning in the eyes
I initially liked this oil of play with SPF 40 until I rubbed my eyes and my eyes stung until I washed my face. Also , as I was putting on lipstick I could taste the Oil of Olay SPF that was around my lip area. The taste is horrible. I believe the company needs to do a reformulation of their product so that the side - effects of burning in the eyes and bitter taste are resolved.
