Big Difference
I’ve noticed I have better digestion. Also ended my acid reflux.

Good stuff but make sure to refrigerate
I bought these since they were affordable and had good reviews. I started taking them mainly for gut health but also because I have atopic dermatitis and there are some published studies relating poor gut health to skin problems. It has been about 2 weeks or so since I’ve taken them daily. Also you have to refrigerate them. Which I found out about 5 min ago from writing this review. Oops. Things I’ve noticed: 1. I am having good daily bowel movements. 2. I feel like I process what I eat easier and I’ve not had any stomach upsets either. 3. My dermatitis or eczema has settled down tremendously, however, I am also on dupixent which I started 3 weeks ago (I’ve been battling eczema for about 8 months now). So it could be either dupixent starting to work or who knows? Im going to continue taking them. 5/5 from me.

Better than Philips colon health
I was on Philips colon health for a long time but wanted something more comprehensive. This probiotic has many strains, not just one!

I tried everything else and these seem to have work for me.
I have horrible IBS and other digestive issues that will probably bother me for a life time. These probiotics make me the most normal and less gassy than I have ever felt. Thank you for a good product at a great price. Make sure you refrigerate after opening.

Good for Digestion
I started to take this probiotic complex as a part of a larger supplement regiment. I find that they help digestion a lot. My stomach has been calmer and I've had good regularity after starting to take this supplement.
