Impressive
This ugly looking wheel gives the first impression that it will make a mess of any cutting job. Somehow they've made it extremely aggressive without compromising a clean cut. I've used it for cutting 1/2" porcelain tiles and marble, both with great results.

Best disc ever!
Best disc and probably the last one I will ever have to buy! I've been using this for months and it looks like it's never been used! Cuts and grinds awesome! Maybe seems expensive, but I don't see ever needing to replace it. And if I do it's warrantied!!

It cuts
It works but not as quick as my regular wheels. Wouldn't purchase again but for safety reasons it's a good disk to have in the shop for my guys

It's an investment
The price tag is steep but if the lifetime warranty is genuine, it may be worth it. So far I have cut and/or ground plastic, wood, aluminum, and steel and it just keeps on cutting. The grinding surface doesn't seem to blind when cutting softer materials. I'm a fan so far.

Waste of money.
I find that cheep chinese cutting disc work better than this expensive junk. This thing struggles to cut simple mild steel. Last a lifetime my ass. Didn't even last one simple gate fix problem. Smh.

The 7/8” hole fits the shoulder of Festool AGC18 Angle Grinder 5/8-11 arbor shaft.
Blade can be used as a cutter and grinder. Kerf width is 0.10” (2.5mm). Use with "NIKX STIKX Metal Cutting Compound" is not a lubricant but is applied to cutting tools and saw blades to keep them cutting smoothly. The waxy compound is rubbed on and can’t spill like liquid coolants.

Keeps on cutting
I cut a lot of scrap and was going through box after box of fiberglass wheels. Then I found this and my world changed. I just got done doing three mixed reels of metal (steel, copper (drop cord) and fiber and tits still cutting. Normally I would’ve gone through 100 fiber glass cutting wheels with this amount of heavy scrap. This thing lasts. I’m interested to see how long it will go.

time is money
In comparison to a quality cut off wheel, this product is much slower cutting and staff prefer the quality wheel that breaks down for speed of the work.
