Review: Buy this if you are tired of staplers jamming! - These staplers cost a bit more, but the initial one I bought has had a much longer lifespan that other staplers I've purchased that too quickly develop a jammed staple and you are at a loss to fix it! I have now ordered three of them in total precipitated by the first one failing, but it may be my fault because I did not use the staples that are said to match this particular stapler. I haven't tried that hard yet to fix the one that is nonfunctional, but I liked it so much I decided to just buy two more because I have a LOT of work to do! And, it has been clearly superior to its competition---but do buy the staples they recommend to go with this product. Perhaps that has been my error. Always follow the directions, huh? It does help in life. With the two new staplers that arrived this week. I have made a point of inserting the staples I bought (but did not use) that are recommended to go with this product. We'll see if it makes a difference! Staplers seem to be finicky gadgets. They work, then don't work, and then /aybe you can get them to work. Augh! Review: Best stapler ever made - I bought 2 of these staplers 6 years ago, for home and office. Still going strong and works amazingly well. Flattest staples of any other staples I have ever used. Almost never jams, even after my kids abuse it. Only downside, if you ever want to remove a staple, it's a bit harder to grasp with most staple removers as the staple is so flat. Great product.

**Q: Some high-capacity models make pretty loud snapping sounds when used. I work in a really quiet office, how loud is this stapler?**
A: This stapler is very quiet. In a police records office, the secretaries routinely secured 20+ page reports all through the day without issue. For maximum capability, use the Max staples. Cheap staples don't work as well for maximum capacity. You get what you pay for.

**Q: A stapler is only as good as the staples.  What are the BEST staples to feed this beastie?**
A: The plain staples will work, but we had the best luck using the Max staples when pushing the capacity to 20+ page reports all day. Some generics worked fine, some didn't, the Max always did.

**Q: When I staple a coin holder, does the stapler comes all the way down and slams the coin?**
A: No it doesn't. I ordered this stapler specifically for coin holders and it works fine. Pressing it all the way down still leaves plenty of room for the thickness of any coin. I had to laugh at the comment from the person who thought someone was trying to staple through a coin! They clearly had no idea what a coin holder even looks like. I use it on 1.5 x 1.5 paperboard holders. Not sure about clear "flips" though.
