I love this light and it is my go to now. It is perfect for studio shooting. Not recommended if you are going to be working outdoors or on site but for studio shooting it is perfect! The added accessories make it way more versatile and a great bang for your buck.

For the ballers on a budget
I upgraded to the NEEWER S102-400W from the NEEWER S101-300W so that I can have a little bit of more power and finally have the ability to control the strobe settings from the QPRO-C TTL Wireless Flash Trigger. I'm satisfied.

Just a problem with the modeling light.
This unit is nice and bright but the model light starts to smoke when on for a short time.

Fantastic Light
I have been using Neewer products for some time now. I really like the light this flash gives off. It's has incremental steps between the next stop of light. The flash feels sturdy and attaching the modifiers is fast and easy.

Works Sporadically
I’ve used Neewer strobes for years. This one works sporadically, only flashing when I’m standing in just the right spot. Do not recommend.

This light is really well made. It's solid and feels premium throughout. This was quite easy to use: the rear-controls are intuitive and easy to make adjustments quickly. The light is powerful, natural looking and the LCD screen made it easy to set up my shot perfectly quickly and reliably. It recycles very fast and was not a limitation to me at all. I was able to shoot in rapid succession and despite that, it was able to keep itself cool and completely quiet.

Reliable Lighting for Product Photography
I primarily use this flash for product photography, and it’s been fantastic. The strobe has plenty of power and gives a clean, natural light that’s perfect for detail shots. I especially appreciate the wireless trigger included at this price point it makes setup much more convenient and is a huge bonus. The fan is also quiet, which is great for focused work sessions. Overall, a dependable tool that’s added quality and efficiency to my workflow.
