The seller, Highlife Store, provided new and perfect items. No issues and love the faucets. These are heavy and well-made Everbilt 1/2 in MIP Brass Pipe Hex Nipple  faucets, beautiful chrome finish and includes long water lines. The handle action is smooth and the faucet puts out plenty of water, especially when in the center position. No flow restrictors apparent with these. Note the new water lines have 1/2" Female Pipe Thread connection for the shut-off valve connection. Our old shut off valves had crimped on lines, also with 1/2" Female Pipe Thread. We had to get 1/2" to 1/2" brass nipples to connect the two hoses together, see picture. They are Lasco 17-8649 1/2" MIP Brass Hex Nipples available at True Value Hardware. Link to another brand here on Amazon. If you have 3/8" water shut-off valves you will need an adapter from 1/2" Female Pipe to 3/8" compression fitting.
