The dropper did not work correctly. Unable to fill it more than one-fourth. Recommended dosage was two dropper fulls so was hard to get correct dosage since unable to fill it. From reading other reviews, other customers were very dissatisfied with dropper also. Also, there was no mention of product having to be refrigerated. Customers should have been made aware that it needed to be refrigerated before purchase. It did not come with an ice pack to keep it cold. Clearly says on label “keep refrigerated”.I purchased this to take on a trip and if I had known it had to be refrigerated before purchase I wouldn’t have purchased it. I don’t even know if they meant after opening or not because it did not say that on the label so I am assuming it should have been packaged with an ice pack when mailed (which it wasn’t) not just after opening. As I said, there was nothing mentioned about refrigeration in description when I purchased it. Very upsetting to find “keep refrigerated “ on the label when I opened the package.
