Easy to install. Keeps the pocket door open, also installed a second one on the opposite end to keep the door closed. They are quiet. Within a couple of inches of fully open or closed they pull the door to the full open or closed position. We’ve had them for almost a year and have never had any issues. Very well made and are a great value for the money.

Fonctionne très bien, je suis très satisfait! Mon seul bémol est que les roulettes n’entraient pas dans le rail déjà installé (pas assez de place sur les côtés). Heureusement mon mur n’était pas fini, j’ai pu enlever le panneau de gypse et retirer le rail. À partir de là, tout a bien été. Sans accès, l’ouverture douce aurait été impossible (je ne vois pas comment) et la fermeture aurait sûrement été possible, mais avec de la difficulté pour faire entrer les roues dans le rail.

I love Johnson Hardware, they make far superior pocket door hardware to other options. I ordered this soft-open/soft-close 4-pack in Oct 2024 in anticipation of replacing a door i had recently installed, unfortunately using inferior hardware (as it was all that was available at the time) and replacing another swing door with a pocket. I finally got around to opening the walls and the packages to do the work and found that one of the packages had been previously opened and two of the four were broken. Extremely disappointed, at least I was able to replace one door.

Very poor quality, and pretty much unusable. The nylon rollers are just a tad narrower than the bearing, so the metal bearing scrapes on the track. This is certainly the case with Johnson 138 tracks, which they are made for, but they may work properly on others. A waste of money and time. Very substandard Johnson clones.
