Favorite pre workout snack (either half or full) every morning before either a lift or run. Incredible light and fluffy taste with instant carbs (without feeling bogged down) to help fuel your workout. Exceptionally perfect before long cardio runs and helped me for my recent half marathon. No stomach upset, very tasty with a little sweetness, and great texture.

Excellent for before during or after a workout. I only use these when I'm going over an hour because they have 30+ grams of carbs and are for serious efforts. I've carried them in my pocket for miles on a hot day and they still taste good. Highly recommend. Easy on your stomache also

These are the best energy bars. They don’t cause my stomach to be upset, great boost when I need it. And they taste wonderful!

The bar does tend to fall apart very easily and is fairly bland if consumed by itself. Works great with addition of any nut butter for a more complete fuel source. BPN makes great products.

We love BPN and these are no exception! My husband is an ultra marathon runner and has the MTHFR gene mutation. These are a fuel we both go to regularly and keep us feeling great! We also carry them with us during races! Texture and taste are excellent! Clean ingredients and not an incredible amount of sugar.

Tastes so good and simple. Just tastes like chewy oats with a tiny dash of vanilla. Immaculate. Eat one every morning and feel full until early lunch.
