Great, no concerns
Maybe the attached USB cable's a bit short (I was placing mine on top of pc, trying to plug it into the top usb socket on my Dell). In my case an extra inch would have made a big difference. No extra power cable needed. Win11 Pc automatically assigned it it's own drive Id on plug-in. I'm using free VLC media player as a Blu-Ray player/decoder. Works with no problems, it recognised me entering a blu-ray disc immediately.

Very hit and miss, rarely runs smoothly, always has issues, far better products out there.

Good so far.
I was a bit concerned with the relatively high poor reviews for this unit. It arrived today in good condition. There is no branding on the drive and no technical information in the user manual, it's probably just as well made as similar units. I have played a Blueray film and burnt two 25GB DL discs. The files were being read from another external drive and each took 32 minutes to burn at 4x speed. Everything looks good so far, but as it's early days only four stars.

To begin with this worked flawlessly now it can be a bit hit and miss sometimes.

I would recommend either using VLC Media Player or Leavo Media Player to watch your BluRays on this

No venía con un manual de instrucciones. Contacté a la empresa a través de Amazon y respondieron de inmediato, enviándome un manual de instrucciones por internet. El material quizás esté un poco barato, pesa prácticamente nada, pero hace lo que debe hacer bastante bien.

One of the worst external drives I have ever owned. It takes forever to read discs and when it does, the disc suddenly ejects by itself. Completely useless.

This DVD drive works well on PC and Mac. Has both regular USB connector and USB-C connectors. Hard to beat for the price!
