Avoid at all costs
Terrible. Doesn't work across 2 different Windows computers and a Linux computer. Then it had the audacity to eat my DVD and refuses to open (even using the pinhole to force it open), so now I'm down a DVD too!

Great, no concerns
Maybe the attached USB cable's a bit short (I was placing mine on top of pc, trying to plug it into the top usb socket on my Dell). In my case an extra inch would have made a big difference. No extra power cable needed. Win11 Pc automatically assigned it it's own drive Id on plug-in. I'm using free VLC media player as a Blu-Ray player/decoder. Works with no problems, it recognised me entering a blu-ray disc immediately.

Very temperamental
To begin with this worked flawlessly now it can be a bit hit and miss sometimes.

Great value. I Solved USB C issue
This blu ray player works well. I’m using it with a MacBook Pro. You need a program to play Blu Ray DVDs including copy protected movies. I used the excellent free Leawo. Quality of video is good. The player is not too noisy. You can eject the disc using the button, contrary to reviews I saw. The only problem I had was very confusing. The player has a split lead with both USB A and C. My MacBook Pro only has USB C. You have to use the correct sockets as 2 don’t connect. Big problem was that the player just didn’t like USB C. It chuntered away but the MacBook would not recognise it. Only USB A works. I found this out by connecting to another IMac that has USB A. Fortunately a USB C to multiport adapter solved this. Plug player into adapter using the USB A plug. Then plug the adapter into USB C in the MacBook. The manual says don’t use any leads etc but it works fine. I recommend this player and this seller. Very quick delivery and a good price.

Si je peux mettre moins d'une étoile, je le ferai car c'est une description mensongère. Ce n'est pas un lecteur Blu-ray mais seulement DVD ! !!

algo barato en su fabricación, pero cumple con su función
No venía con un manual de instrucciones. Contacté a la empresa a través de Amazon y respondieron de inmediato, enviándome un manual de instrucciones por internet. El material quizás esté un poco barato, pesa prácticamente nada, pero hace lo que debe hacer bastante bien.

What a waste of money!
One of the worst external drives I have ever owned. It takes forever to read discs and when it does, the disc suddenly ejects by itself. Completely useless.

Impressive DVD drive!
This DVD drive works well on PC and Mac. Has both regular USB connector and USB-C connectors. Hard to beat for the price!
