Its easy to use
So far so good . Have used it three x's already and it seems to be a good solid product. The barrel was full of fine dust , dog hair and perhaps dander and mites. I had no idea my bedding was this bad . But I am thrilled that I now have a machine that suctions it all out very easily as well . Ease of use is a plus . Cleaning it is seamless . Lightweight and has an ample amount of suction power . I can tell by the stuff in the barrel . I hope it stays strong ! If you have a pet hair issue.. buy it!

Definitivamente es lo que esperaba, al inspeccionarla a detalles tiene defectos de producción y el armado (rayaduras), mas que nada detalles estéticos pero funciona perfectamente y puedo usarla sin parar. Espero que el el futuro no me falle y pueda conseguir respuestos fácilmente

NO APTO PARA ESPAÑA
No puedo opinar de su funcionamiento, no la pude usar, no es útil para España, el voltaje es para 120V. Lo que no entiendo es que se venda en Amazon España. Una pena.

Cat mom of 5 fur babies
I just purchased this and I have used it once. Due to that I can't say much about customer service since I haven't had the need to call, BUT I'm loving the vacuum so far! I have 5 cats so hair is always a factor. The dander has also bothered me as I wake up, they all sleep with me, with very red irritated eyes. I realized the hair removal tools and regular vacuum wasn't cutting the task so I did some reach. This one had the highest marks on multiple places I looked. I just finished my two couches and I gotta say yuck! The bin is full of tiny dust (dander and dust mites) but my couches have not been this hairless since the first 5 minutes of them being delivered. I'm a clean freak so living in the zoo I do it's been challenging but I love my fur babies. If you have fur babies you need this?

Llegó un día antes de lo previsto. Es super potente, fácil de limpiar y con un diseño moderno y elegante. En un solo uso en una silla donde se sienta mi gata jaló todos los pelitos y el polvo, estoy muy satisfecha.
