It started with a bad screw, it finished with tension wire being to short to properly connect to tensioner. You can not really modify it, because yes, you can not make wire longer.We are now left to figure out how to return this junk. We don't have a car big enough to fit it in the trunk, UPS could possibly pick it up, but we still have to take it 4 floors down at the very ripe age and with bad backs.Not to mention waiting for weeks to actually get a refund. Not to mention actually unscrewing legs and figuring out how to put it back in the box. I'm sick and tired of junk products. And it is not that I don't know how to put things together. Had three treadmills, stationary bike, numerous weight lifting gyms, IKEA furniture... You can't put junk product together no matter your skill. Colossal waste of time and effort. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service *by R***S on July 4, 2024* The first unit that was delivered to me turned out to be faulty. I reached out to the company and they promptly replied. After attempting a couple fixes they deemed it defective and they sent a brand new unit. Didn’t have to pack up the old one and send it back or jump through any unnecessary hoops outside of attempting the fixes with the parts they sent. So far the new machine is working great! Will update if that changes. Assembly is very easy. Not including unpacking it took about 20 min to assemble by myself. The hardware is separated by steps and are easily understood. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by P*** on June 4, 2024* This would have a 5 star review except one of the parts on the handle bar is cracked. I didn't notice it right away, and it does not hinder the use of the machine.It is fairly quiet, and certainly does the job. Assembly was ok, I did it by myself so a bit heavy but worth the exercise.This gets used everyday, and has held up very well to abuse.
