After reaching out to the seller to inquire about replacing the broken part, we were turned away and asked to contact Amazon directly. Only a couple of weeks later, more of the connecting plastic pieces broke. We did not use the play pen roughly so I would describe it as slightly brittle (the plastic pieces at least). Aside from that, it keeps our Blue Heeler puppy in with no problem; though we had to use zip ties. I hope this helps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for climbers *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2018* 5 star with one caveat. The connectors between the panels and for the door are plastic and break easily when shipping and assembling (once up, I think they're fine). Be very careful when taking it out of the box and setting it up. That said, the company was very responsive about damage. The pen itself is great, nice height, generous pen size, looks nice (for a dog pen), door is very handy and the vertical bars finally keep a climber contained. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smartly Engineered. *by W***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2018* 5 Star design, vertical bars keep the dog from climbing over and 5 stars for customer service. A plastic clip was damaged in shipping and I contacted Pet Trex and they sent me a new one, no problem. I am very pleased with this product, plenty of room inside. The dog, however turns his head sideways, bites the bars and growls at me, which is hysterical.
