This is a great tablet. Its loads fast and the sound is great. Perfect for everything we are using it for..we homeschool so we use it alot and videos do not lag at all and gaming works well also.

Wonderful nearly all wrapped everything besides 2 accessories. Much praises with all the extra accessories even the unwrapped ones. Lovely case color and tablet color with much accessories included that would be needed. Seemed the makers truly thought of their buyers with consideration to include many accessories? Happy to find so much included with the purchase. Besides the slight damage to the outer box which was disappointing then, upon opening the box realized the tablet has been safe. They carefully had protection within and nicely wrapped mostly everything that came with the whole box. The touch screen are some what not as smooth, not as sensitive so, sticky. It may be the film though. The only faults to me are many Apps turn vertical angles when opened unfortunately. Line or WeChat are the ones I use mostly. More likely the Seller may be unable to provide support with the concerns mentioned, as they have already made their Tablets to whichever settings it functioned. Many Apps and its 'settings' 'system updates' are not supported to remain open in the position rotated, unfortunately. Have not tried whether its able to download or no? Have not looked for whether it has any word or office suites? Equipped or need to install it? Able to Zoom backgrounds? Unfortunately many Apps when opened, turns vertical angle orientations. Seems no way to not have it do that, turn vertical when unwanted? Their workers responded that ''tablets are set to auto-rotate by default, turn off the auto-rotate feature .. the tablet stay in the same position and will not change'', which are for normal or regular uses? Not for the Apps or the 'settings' 'system updates'. The Tablet turns sideways still, by default, unfortunately. Unable to turn it off, whether ''auto rotate'' is off or on. It does not remain in the same positions and it changes. May be the Android 11 os? Of their responses, they were truly supportive with the difficulties encountered. They have their other Blue Tablet for references. I kept the Blue Tablet I have. I wont return it. Even when they are unable to solve the difficulties encountered as its already made. It assists their later to be made tablets. Let them have lesser losses selling to me. I mostly do not return stuff as much as i may help it, besides broken on receiving or such related.. Also, inconvenient any way, returns. Otherwise this product mostly may be good not being any name brands too

The very pretty package concealed what turned out to be a pretty lousy tablet, even at the price. Setting up the tablet and transferring my data from my phone it took three tries, but, hey, I thought, nothing's perfect. Then I noticed that I only actually had 1.2 GB of RAM available of the advertised GB, even when only system processes were running. That's ridiculous, and it actually forced me to decide which app I really wanted to have open. Then I noticed that the touch screen tended to not be very responsive. Typing became an absolute pain in the rear, but using speech to text is just as bad, because it usually takes three or four tries before it properly initializes. The only game I really play is Marvel SNAP, which has nice vector art comic book graphics...except on this tablet, where even the text shows up with jaggies. Almost every app causes the tablet to stutter and hang about every 5 minutes, which gets annoying when you're actually trying to accomplish anything. Several key apps, such as Gmail, G-board, and Messages come with bizarre mandatory deviations from what I'm used to on my Pixel. Some setting options, such as preventing the home screen from rotating when auto-rotate is on for apps, are simply missing. Most alarmingly, as long as the screen is on, the battery slowly and constantly drains, even when it's plugged in to charge. Yes, it drains more slowly when it's plugged in then when it's not, but I'm really not impressed with the battery life and I can't imagine how somebody managed to keep this from dying for 10 days. It's ridiculous that the mouse included requires a USBC to USBA adapter because the manufacturers didn't think to include the proper port for the mouse chosen for inclusion. Using a dongle on a slim tablet is already going to be a pain, but now you have to use an adapter and a USBA dongle thanks to poor planning. The case is adequate, though it leaves a little something to be desired when it comes to folding it into a stand, but the biggest oversight is that there's no storage for the keyboard. Really, it seems like somebody just picked a bunch of cheap products tossed together and sell as this great deal that I am returning on Monday. Oh, and as for the excellent customer service people keep mentioning... If you really read through the five stars use, you'll notice that a lot of them mentioned being compensated in exchange for changing their review to five stars. Trying to contact the company in Amazon's app just leads you to Amazon's customer service, please try to instruct you to contact the company through the app and finally realize the problem. I contacted them via email and received no response, which makes sense in light of the revelation that this company has virtually zero presents on the internet. They do not have a website, there's no proof that they exist in any form other than some guy in a garage somewhere, and it seems silly to expect a company that doesn't even have a website to adequately take care of customer service and warranty needs. Honestly, the only good thing about this dumpster fire is that nobody reasonable is going to charge me a restocking fee for returning a crap tablet and buying something better.

Much better than the previous one I bought. This works well and has plenty of storage room. My biggest gripe about it is the battery. The battery to keep a charge long, within an hour I'm charging this tablet. Not a good tablet to use away from home because of the battery. I just keep it plug in charging while I use it. It helps, but the battery will still drain at a considerably fast speed.

Tablet was ok for the price no windows is case anyone needs to know. Works fast enough clear screen videos play good on it I'm not a gamer so can't tell you about how games play on it. I do play guitar ukulele mandolin so nice screen to have music up on and play sound with. I would recommend this tablet is good for a lot of different use's

Screen is clear and bright although it is not HD. It is somewhat slow in booting up but seems fast enough while using it. Touch screen is responsive. So far I have not used the keyboard nor the mouse. I like that it came with a protective cover already installed. Clearing the apps after use is somewhat strange as you cannot clear just one app you have to clear them all. And the AccuWeather one seems to stick and not clear although it says there's nothing in the cache . The battery life is very good for the things that I use it for I am getting about 8 hours. Although it does take several hours to charge back up. Overall it is a great tablet for its price point. I feel comfortable and recommending it to people that want an inexpensive tablet
