I brought two. One works fine and the oil is great and strong. The second diffuser doesn't work. The charging light constantly flash red but doesn't send power to the diffuser. I have sent a message to the dealer and will update my rating once I receive a reply.

I received two of these as a gift and was so excited. I followed the instructions and filled the water correctly and added a couple of drops of oil. I turned it on and set the lights. The lights worked great and it was very pretty. I let them both run in separate rooms for about half an hour, but mist never came out of either one. When I went to take a closer look, I saw that all the water was leaking out through the bottom. I tried dumping them out and seeing if there was any way to stop the water from leaking out of the bottom. If there is, I cannot seem to figure it out. Since this was a gift, I have no way of returning the items. I will be purchasing diffusors to replace the two I received, but I definitely will not buy another Natures Release diffusor.
