First, the case will not stay on the phone. It comes off way too easily to be a useful case. The pouches are so tight that I broke one of my credit cards trying to get it out. While the leather may soften over time, it's not fun to break something, literally, while the product breaks in. This case offers little protection. The clamps that hold the phone in place barely reach to the edge of the screen. Any drop is likely to dislodge the case from the phone. Due to its lack of shock-absorbing materials, any trauma will likely transfer directly to the phone. I believe this case's purpose is simply having the convenience of carrying credit cards and a phone in a single product. I must say that I tried to return the item, but the return window ended. I only used it twice and promptly installed a different case to have more protection and reliability.
