Third time's the charm. The first time I ordered it, the powder coating was spotty at best with visible steel underneath, making the whole mailbox look speckled. Box was otherwise perfect, so I figured it was a manufacturing mishap, so returned it (easy process) and ordered a second. The second had the same speckled exterior, but this time one of the hinge corners was bent as well... GRR. So... because I am stubborn, I ordered it a THIRD TIME and this time it is perfect. Fully powder coated, no dents or dings. I love it. Hoping it's easy to install as well. Can't give it five stars because of the manufacturing/quality control issues, but I am very happy with the final one we received.
