YES! Break them in half. At least the 200 mg. ones. Don’t try cutting them. Breaking them with you hands is easiest.

Sure! You would actually be able to tell how much caffeine you were taking in this way. The problem with coffee is that it can vary greatly by the type of coffee and how strong it is brewed. For instance, a cup of Starbucks coffee is known to have more (or much more than) 100mg of caffeine, while 12 ounces of Folgers may have less! Moderation is key. If you drink 4 cups of coffee throughout the day, you can probably take 4 of these pills throughout the day. If you feel your heart fluttering, it's probably a good sign that you've overdone it.
