The reactive glaze set is the one I got and it has more gray to it than the beige I thought it was, but I actually love the gray and neutral tones more so it came out exactly as I wanted. I’ve used the set multiple times now and washed them in the dishwasher and quality as held up. The glaze is pretty strong on the product so I believe it when they say it’s scratch and chip resistant. The plates are pretty heavy so there is still a sense of fragility to them as if they were dropped they would absolutely break, so take good care of them and they look like they’ll take good care of you! One of my dinner plates did have a chip in the plate and it looked more like an issue with the glaze bubbling and chipping off a piece. I’d call it a product defect more than anything which I totally understand sometimes happens.
