These biscuits are a Christmas treat. Lovely soft crumbly shortbread and ginger that's just perfect. Great with a cup of tea

Disapppinting
I was disappointed with the shortbread gingerbread biscuits. I felt that they should have been much blonder, but with a stronger ginger taste.

Not for me
It tasted like burnt walkers shortbread biscuits. The ginger comes through like an after taste but unfortunately the the burnt taste is over powering any other flavours. I wouldn't recommend unless I got a bad batch (I'm a fan of walkers biscuits that's why I tried this).

Don’t travel well
Many broken when opened. I ate most of them very nice but I bought them to hang on the Xmas tree . Won’t buy again will have to bake in future🥲
