Awesome to cut those little pills, but also great for the big ones. You know the ones that constantly get stuck in your throat!! Cut them right in half! It has an adjustable side gripper thing. Holds those little ones in place. Only time will tell if it will hold up to the time test, but for now, works great!!

Great product. Works as described. I had very tiny pills I had to cut in half. I was using a sharp knife to cut the pills and the pills would either slip from the knife or split unevenly. I placed 4 pills in the splitter and the pills split perfectly in half.

This is engineered very well. I was using a pill cutter that would cut one pill at a time. As I had some pills that were oval in shape, it was NOT a happy time trying to cut these oval pills. I ran across this pill cutter in an article by Kim Komando- AND- it was on sale, to boot! I tried it out today- Fantastic! It holds the pills in place, and I was able to cut seven pills at once- what a time saver!

The cutter works best if the pill is scored. If not, some pills will not cut precisely in half.

This ONE PIX pill cutter does a decent job on some pills, and when it cuts cleanly it’s easy to use. My issue is that it’s inconsistent — some pills split perfectly in half while others don’t cut straight or crumble. It gets the job done most of the time, but that variation makes it less reliable than I hoped. Average performance overall.

This is an outstanding pill cutter! It is well made, easy to use and cuts even tiny pills perfectly in half.

I don't know what everyone else is tallong about but this thing is amazing! It seems very sturdy deapite being plastic, it holds the pills in place and the rubber bits that you roll in to keep them in place and don't shoot the pills out or allow them to move at all. I held the roller in place as I closed it and each pill was cut precisely down the middle. I had to get a new half cutter because the one I have is the V shaped plastic ones and it never cut any pill that was even semi-small in full halves. It was always crooked. Not this bad boy! Super easy to use. I imagine if you closed it, as it seems slightly difficult to re-open, you could definitely travel with it even with pills already cut in the little pocket at the bottom. I bought it on sale but I would absolutely pay full price for this again if something happened to this one. Should it break 'easily' or stop working as well before 3-6 months of use I will revise my review, but currently I love this product and would buy it over and over again.

Made of pretty cheap plastic. Don't know how long it will last. It did cut several pills in half.

家の2ポメが心臓病で、1日2回3種の薬を服用してます。 その中で、1/2だったり1/4にしなくてはいけないのが多く 今まではカッターやハサミを使って割っていましたが 割り損じたり、きちんと分割できなかったので購入。 結果、複数個一気に割れるので楽、だが、左右で大きさにずれが生じる。 1日の量が規定以内なら気にしなくて良い、と先生に言われましたが 完璧を求める場合、使わないほうが良い。
