My brother had a couple of strokes and they put him on medication where 2 of them are very small pills, and he needs to take half a pill in the morning and half a pill at night. This unit was perfect, it could handle the small size. It locks it in place. So they aren't messed up, they are perfectly cut in half, and I can do up to 6 pills at a time.

The pill cutter purchased (shown below) works well. The photo shows multiple pills can be cut at the same time. No need to line up the cut mark on the pill either. The adjustment wheels accurately line up the pills for cutting.

this is great. I had another one, dollar tree. I had begged my doctor to cut my BP med in half. He said ok, but then told me to split the pills in half. they are tiny Half the time I missed the center. But with this, the tiny pill lines up perfectly and cuts cleanly. high recommend

You have to be very precise with this product otherwise you will get fragments of pills

This multi pill splitter is very well made and works very nicely on larger pills. The only reason I gave three stars is due to the fact it doesn’t cut smaller pills uniformly, it will cut five at once, but some are split too small and others too large, not 50/50. So I’m going back to my older splitter which takes longer, but splits evenly.

割れなくはないけど切れ味が弱くて砕けてしまう時がある

家の2ポメが心臓病で、1日2回3種の薬を服用してます。 その中で、1/2だったり1/4にしなくてはいけないのが多く 今まではカッターやハサミを使って割っていましたが 割り損じたり、きちんと分割できなかったので購入。 結果、複数個一気に割れるので楽、だが、左右で大きさにずれが生じる。 1日の量が規定以内なら気にしなくて良い、と先生に言われましたが 完璧を求める場合、使わないほうが良い。
