Arrived few days late. Pleased with item. Lacks some basic tools like hammer tape measure etc but all in all im rather happy with it ### ⭐ This is not the only supplier out there. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 February 2021* Bought this product in Nov 2020 as a Xmas present for my son. stored at my house and given on the 25/12/2020,When the product was open the Tools and Top Tool Chest were fine however the main bottom chest of draws were an issue, the whole locking mechanism was unconnected. half inside the locked cabinet and the lock barrel separate inside the delivery box.Contacted the SELLER on 25/12/2020 advised that they were closed until 04/01/2021, they then contacted me and advised that they would report the problem to the manufacture Clarkes ( Good customer service??).After some time being advised by SELLER that Covid19 , people working from home were making it difficult to resolve the problem the SELLER advised that Clarkes would call and collect the faulty cabinet , take it away, repair it and then deliver it back ( Good customer service???
