For heavy deposits reheat pipe and clean pipe while sauder is Wet . This is a 2 in 1 tool Just pull the brush out of the housing and reattached to the drill. The red part will clean the outside of the pipe and the brush part will clean inside the pipe.

What is the smallest size tubing in the largest size tubing it will do

It's specifically made for 1" tubing. No bigger, no smaller.

I just bought this 2-in-one brush, but I cannot figure out how to brush the pipe OD. Because the ID brush is in front of the tool, the pipe get difficulty to pass the ID brush and reach the OD brush.

Simple... it brushes the inside and ouside at the same time! It's made in three versions... 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Great tool!
