This was a life saver when I had my dental surgery. I had to ice my face with only a half hour of non ice in between for a week and this gave me so much relief and made it easy to sleep and relax without having to hold an ice pack. The pressure was perfect and I could adjust it to however was most comfortable. It stayed in place and stayed cold for a long time. It comes with 4 ice packs so you can freeze one set while you are using the other set so you never have to worry about waiting for it too be cold again to get relief. It offered the perfect amount of coverage and comfort. It was durable and easy to clean and wash. I love that it’s the perfect thickness where you are comfortable with minimal issue laying down or getting clothes on.

Great solution at a great price! So, I did a little research to find some way to get rid of a small hard deep cyst on my left cheek near the jawline. My dermatologist said my only permanent solution was surgery, which would also cause a scar. What bothered me most about it was the attention-drawing discoloration and raised surface. I put together a daily regime of vitamins and external compress treatment. I am NOT a doctor. After only four days of this new regime, I can no longer feel the cyst by touch. The discoloration has greatly improved. I am finally making progress without surgery! DAILY VITAMINS: Zinc 15mg/day Vitamin A 5,000 IU/day NAC 600mg/day SURFACE TREATMENT: Warm compress 2x a day for 20 minutes with a moist chamomile tea bag on top of cyst under the compress. This compress strap is comfortable and versatile. Super easy to use and store away. Affordable and well made. Bonus? Removable packets attach in place with velcro.

Lifesaver after wisdom teeth removal! Extremely comfortable. Nice having 4 total ice packs to swap in and out of the freezer in between uses. Helped relieve pain. Super comfortable and easy to use. Switched over to heating the pads in the microwave after a few days of cold therapy. Retains heat well. Cannot recommend this product enough.

I purchased this for my post tonsillectomy recovery and am so glad I did. The material is soft, lightweight, and comfortable against the skin. It conforms well to the shape of the face and secures at the top of the head, allowing for an adjustable fit that can be worn loosely or snugly. One feature I particularly appreciated is that it comes with four freezer packs, which makes it easy to rotate them and have a fresh cold pack ready more often. Like most head wraps of this type, the cold doesn’t last as long as I would like, which is the main reason I rated it four stars instead of five. I also found it useful without the inserts to gently compress my head and neck during the night, which helped relieve discomfort. While I haven’t yet tried using it as a heat pack, I appreciate that the option is available. Overall, I would definitely purchase this again and recommend it to others, especially for post surgical recovery or headache relief.

These ice packs were a lifesaver for wisdom teeth removal. It straps in and stays in place, the wrap is soft & gentle. Ice packs froze well & stayed cold a long time.

this thing has been a life saver after getting my wisdom teeth out. Thought i would use it for one day and haven’t stopped heating up the pouches going on 6 days now! The heat makes me sleep like a baby and hold my mouth closed all night and keeps everything in one spot which helps!! Super comfortable too and does not bother me while sleeping

I ordered this ice pack because I got all my teeth removed. Nothing wrong with the packaging or the time of arrival. I received my package, opened it and immediately put it in the freezer for use. A few complaints about this product. It thaws much quicker than I'd like. In terms of flexibility, the ice packs are pretty firm and are not the most ideal for pain relief when they cause pain when being pressed against your face. They are not sturdy for long term use. I used my ice pack for approximately 4 to uses and one of the ice packs is leaking gel from the inside of the ice pack. Lastly, there is no pocket for the packs to be out into so the coldness of the ice pack being put directly on your skin kind of sucks and personally couldn't be used but for a few seconds at a time for the first 5 to 10 minutes after being taken from the freezer. I probably wont order a product like this again.

This ice pack was a life saver!! Having 4 of them to be able to switch them out and keep icing was nice! It was comfortable and helped ease so much pain & swelling after having all of my teeth extracted. Highly recommend!

Expérience très positive ! J’ai pu tester ce dispositif qui se met autour de la tête, avec des emplacements pour les oreilles afin de bien entendre. Il est vraiment pratique : une fois installé, on n’a pas besoin de le tenir, il reste bien en place tout seul. J’ai trouvé ça super confortable et agréable. La séance a duré environ 30 minutes, ce qui est largement suffisant, car il ne faut pas garder de la glace trop longtemps. J’ai vraiment apprécié l’expérience !

Avoid! Although idea is good the ice packs started leaking after the second use .

My husband had his wisdom teeth removed and once I gave him this he couldn’t stop thanking me. It’s great quality, comfortable and make's everyday tasks still doable without needing to hold the ice pack! We recommend!
