Makes great sun tea
This smoky makes excellent iced tea when combined with Harrogate’s English Breakfast. I add 3 bags of each to a 2 quart mason jar, then set it outside in the sun for a while to steep. It works on a cloudy day and probably works just sitting on the counter too. The tea is flavorful, crystal clear, and not bitter. Just a perfect blend for iced tea.
