The newer model powers down after about 7 minutes! You then need to push the CE/C button to turn it on again. This info was way down the page in the instructions and I did not see it. Old review. . .. But it must have a short in it because it will turn on but not stay on. I have one at my office and never had this happen. I have already ordered another one and will return this one. This is the reason for only four stars. Also, they included a little gray cap with a side ledge/hook. This does not show up in the instruction manual. I posted the question online and several told me it was to hold a pen. After looking at the machine closely, I found a small slot at the back of the machine that this connects into.
