I see this is returned frequently. Don’t return them. These work perfectly and if they don’t connect you just put them back in the case and take them back out. If they connect but aren’t working on the app. Go back and then select the mode again or close the app and reopen it. If they get slow clear the cache in the setting of the app. My fiancé speaks Portuguese and we use these daily all the time. They are by far the best one out there. I’ve tried others and returned them. I’ve been using these for 10 months daily and never had a problem that could be solved in a minute with what I explained above. They are worth the money and work perfectly. I e even placed one in front of the TV and these will translate nonstop. If you have a problem that makes you feel they don’t work it’s a simple fix. We go out and these will work perfectly u til the battery dies. They charge fast too. So I give these the best review possible. Buy them if you want a great product that is worth the money.

I was expecting good things from these earbuds. I went away with my Brazilian girlfriend and we couldn’t get a conversation working with these buds. We tried many days in a row and then I said they’re going back because they just don’t do what they’re supposed to do.

The physical product itself seems fine. However, when it comes to loading languages for translation other than the standard, the instructions or directions are not clear/non-existent. For example, I've been trying to access Filipino, but there needs to be instructions on how to do so. Email requests to customer service have yet to be answered. So support is very poor. Because of these issues, I would not order again.

We arrived this item quickly! The boxing and product is very sheek and quality. The setup was an easy although the instruction booklet is kind of useless - you just have to download the app and connect it and set your languages. When in convo, each person taps their airpod before speaking. I was surprised that there is barely a lag. I can see an issue however if someone pauses while talking maybe it will cut the sentence off and translate wrong. Purchased these so my bf can communicate with my parents (english and spanish). Hoping they can also be used as a listen method in a group setting but haven't used that function yet. At first use, definitely worth the $150!

Confusing to get set up and confusing to figure out how to use.im not an expert at figuring out electronics so that doesn't help either.if I couldn't keep a WIFI signal I found them useless.you still have to rely on your phone for them to work,I just as well use the translating app I have on the phone rather than have spent the money on these and still have to use the phone also.its a little misleading how they work in the advertising .I'm using them for my friend and I in Costa Rica so if I lose a signal,forget it,it's useless.and that's very common there.

It's response is not accurate with different arabic deletes. It's rather better to use some other AI tools. It does not even pick the conversion if person taking is around 2 meter far.

Funciona muy bien para hablar italiano lo único malo es que no se puede descargar ese idioma para trabajarlo fuera de línea creo que solo inglés y algunos otros alemán etc

Bien, nomás que sin internet no me funcionan, y se supone que tiene la opción Offline.
