Surprisingly good anti anxiety tablets, doesn't have any particularly strong taste (which is nice) easy to use/swallow as they're nice and small and smooth coated. Works within about half an hour at significantly reducing anxiety and stress, and (at least for me) works better than some pharmaceutical products. For what they provide I think they're good value for money, will be buying them again once they run out, though (thankfully) I don't need to use them too much. Definitely will be buying again

Didn’t work for me. Tried taking a few days before but had no effect for a sever fear of flying. May work for smaller anxious situations. Good value for money will try again in other situations. Sweet coating taste makes it easy to take.

I first bought these last year as a last hope to help with perimenopause symptoms. Wanted to try the natural route first before the doctors . Been blessed with quite bad anxiety as one of the symptoms and read that these worked to help ease the symptoms. Have had the night-time ones before and they were good so gave these a go. Can honestly say they do help. Not a miracle cure but definitely take the edge off and I feel a lot calmer for taking them.
