My Husband and I take this everyday. I can tell if I am not taking this for a month or more. This is good for your heart health and more. Just research it. As we age our COQ10 depletes from our body. It is important to replenish it especially if you are taking a Statin drug for cholesterol. This works great!

These seem like they work great! I take one every night before bed and I haven’t gotten sick nearly as often as I used to! (I work at the elementary school with preschool to 5th grade)

As many people know who are looking for CoQ10 supplements, it has many excellent heart-related health benefits. This supplement delivers 100mg of CoQ10, which is half the 200mg dosage that I am used to. It does tout a five time higher bioavailability than the conventional form, so this may make up for the lower dosage. Whether this translates the lower dosage with the same effectiveness, I cannot be sure. I do like the soft gel form since it is small and easy to take. It has no discernable taste or aftertaste. The description claims the product was manufactured in a certified GMP facility, but there is no third party lab testing or COA provided. Overall, I like this supplement with its novel delivery system and soft gel form. It is easy to take, and if the efficacy claims are true, it should be readily absorbed by the body.

It also leaves your stomach feeling lemony fresh!

I have the blood disease MTHFR factors from my mother's side and my father's side. I started taking these vitamins about a month ago and I am not kidding you I have more energy and feel wonderful with the methylated vitamins. Best choice I ever made at age 69.

They are made in the UK and the company does have a warehouse in the United States, located in California for their American shoppers. But it is not made here in the US. The bottle comes double sealed, safety ring around the neck of the bottle and then an inner seal on the top of the bottle. The one thing it does not come with is an easy to find expiration date. I had to peel back another label that was stuck onto the bottle with a different UPC code, leaving a very sticky tacky mess on the bottle now. This bottle has an expiration date of 09/2026. I am not happy with how I had to search to find the date. The softgels are small, not tiny, but an easy to swallow size. I find they do have a smell, but most supplements do and I do not find the smell to be offending. I do not have any aftertaste from these softgels either. The recommended dose is 1 softgel a day, or if additional support is needed, you can take 2 a day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. These softgels should be taken with food to avoid the occasional orange flavored burp. If taking 1 softgel a day, this bottle will last 4 months and that makes this a very affordable supplement. I did go to the Company's website and found this information which I found helpful: This product is not made with any ingredients containing gluten, wheat, dairy, soya protein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts or peanuts. Our manufacturing facilities have strict allergen management procedures in place, however we cannot guarantee that our products are made in allergen-free facilities without the very small risk of trace amounts of cross contamination. I haven't had any problems since I started taking these and I will update this review if I have any adverse reactions. My only complaint is the expiration date being hidden under another label, but other than that, I am happy with these CoQ10 softgels.

Excellent product

There's a whole host of data to support CoQ10 supplementation, so I won't bother with that. The bottom line for me to finally try it was a change in sleep and afternoon energy level as I get older. Also, the occasional memory lapse, which I attributed to needing more sleep. After roughly a month I've seen marked improvement in all three. Very pleased. My wife started taking them today. I'll update with her input in a few weeks. Also, I've experienced no taste issues.

Crystal free means far better absorption than ubiquinol or liposomal.
