Out of the package it had a bit of a chemically/fishy smell. Doesn’t fit as snug as I would like, and folding it up is sometimes a hassle. It does perform well in deflecting heat, I don’t feel like this was a particularly great deal as far as price.

Wow. I have never experienced a shade like this. This sounds rediculous but this Really blocks heat and light. It is dark in the car when this is on. I tried it today in 100+. My car interior was cool after going into a store for 15 mins. U heard of in Az

Excellent fit !

Doesn’t fit 2017 BMW i3 as stated in the listing. It did feel sturdy but was too narrow and about 2” too long for the car. The center opening was also too short to fit around the rear view mirror. When secured in place the whole thing sagged down (see pic) which completely defeats the purpose. Check the reviews first, after discovering the size was wrong I noticed most people who rated it well are not using this in the BMW i3.
