Healing Through Words

I’ve only done one exercise so far and this book is powerful. The art of journaling is in my opinion a good form of self expression and solo therapy. I can’t lie I have already cried. Also, the book quality is so good. I highly recommend.

I purchased this book as a gift for my sister and was disappointed to see that it arrived damaged. I hate gifting her with something that doesn't look new anymore and has visible damage.
