Holds the cold and is effective
these are a good size for the back or large areas, stays cold a long time, over 30 minutes easily, usually more. I keep 2 of them in the freezer, grab one for my back, and then settle in for morning coffee. Effecctive for my needs. My two have never leaked or torn in any way, been using them about a year. The outer material is soft and non-abrasive. Highly recommend. Will buy again someday.

Hip icing perfection
Really great size for hip icing. Just large enough to wraparound surgery area. Flexible a retains cold way past the usual 20 minute icing time. Stores easily flat in my freezer drawer.

These are great for back pain. Perfect size, and I like the plastic wrapper to keep them clean in the freezer.

Freezes quick while staying flexible!
Great ice packs! Love that one side has a soft velvety feel, however the plastic side does sweat and drip if you don't keep a towel on it. But freezes quick and stays flexible.

Invaluable!
Got this before hip surgery. (Tendons and IT band) I’m so glad I did. Came with two, so I can rotate them out and a soft fuzzy side makes it mold to the body better. Very worth it.

Gets and stays cold for plenty of time
These ice packs are a nice big size and they get cold fairly quickly in the freezer. They also say stay nice and cold for the 15 or 20 minutes that you would be using them.
