Researched and satisfied
I'm reviewing this from the perspective of somebody who doesn't know much about cryptocurrency. I think one of the worst things I could do is make a bad decision because of ignorance. I really don't want to do that. This crypto world has so many options so I got this and decided to jump. I had no reason to pick this OneKey over any other crypto wallet. This came in a sealed box. Very, very sealed. I had to bust the seal to open it and the back of the box, near the seals, says that it's not returnable because of the factor of the product's security. Once I opened it, I encountered more security seals, then warnings about keeping everything private. If I wasn't nervous before, I sure am now! I've gone from crypto ignorance to feeling like I'm trying not to set something off. At this point I had to research this wallet before going any further. Everywhere I went on the internet about OneKey gave me more confidence about this product. There is no hidden programing that will compromise your personal information because it's open-source. (I didn't even know what that meant, but basically it means that it's recipe isn't hidden so you know all the ingredients and nothing got slipped in there that shouldn't be in there. This wallet also doesn't share information, which, if I understand correctly, makes it a "cold" wallet, which is more secure. This is also listed as one of the top crypto wallets by many different knowlegeable people. So, I'm finding out that I have a very good wallet. The wallet itself is very nice. It feels good, it's slim, and its easy to carry around or hide away. The directions are short and are not a problem to follow. It holds true to it's description overall.

total garbage
Does not connect to bluetooth on Iphone and every wallet address you try to transfer assets to is invalid. So your crypto is stuck there on their hot wallet Very poor support

One word. "Difficult"
This was no fun to setup and is frankly lesser to free soft wallets that you can backup to cloud or other secure service... Ill stick to that, personally! I guess if you're uber paranoid and into that,,

Not too bad, good way to keep access to crypto, easy to pay.
So far this has worked well for me in terms of keeping my crypto currency secure. I do not see much problem in it locking me out or making it harder for me to log in which is great. It is relatively easy to sync to and have not seen any issues with it being hacked. The device is not super big but I cannot really store it in my small wallet. It is not card slim size but it is still easy to store as needed. The interface makes it easy to go though my crypto and use it however I needed. It is a solid piece so it is would not break even if I accidentally drop it a few time. it has not cause any issues that would make the device stop working which is great. Unfortunately I do get the occasional scratches and dings. The device is battery powered and honestly it does not use a ton of power as you do not need it to be on at all times. It does take a few seconds to wake up. It supports a ton of different bitcoins so you can have it all under one access point but I have not used it for all types of bitcoins as I do not exactly have everyone one. Overall this is a very secure wallet that allows me to safely and securely access my account. It is a fairly sturdy device and the user interface is pretty easy to learn.

Switched from Ledger
There I said it. I use a ledger nano x, i still do. They're a good reliable company but the hardware device itself have some flaws especially those buttons. And I think the usb flash drive style is outdated. But here's OneKey Classic, i like the current form factor, just a slim credit card size hardware device that has almost the same features as a ledger nano x. With bluetooth functionality, it can easily pair with the OneKey app. It's also built-on open source code and a hardware secure element for security. You can also use and pair this with almost any device or platform such as iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux or even ChromeOS, they are all supported. It's even compatible with third-party wallets such as metamask, Trezor web wallet, Bitcoin Core + Specter and many others. So you don't have to worry even if OneKey goes out of business as your assets will be unaffected since your funds are stored on the blockchain, not on OneKey, and you can easily recover them by importing the mnemonic into a wallet that implements the BIP39 protocol. There's a lot more to unpack here but if you're looking for a hardware wallet or a ledger nano x alternative, this is the one.

Robust, beginner friendly hardware wallet
Excellent tamper-evident packaging starts the experience with confidence in OneKey's commitment to security. This is reinforced by their open-source approach to both hardware and software/firmware elements of the device. Setup is straightforward using the onscreen prompts and accompanying app/desktop installation. Make sure to update the firmware to the latest version after creating your wallet but before adding any currency to it. Firmware updates were quick and painless with a PC connection. The included directions emphasize the importance of keeping your seed words and PIN private, but do your due diligence and get familiar with best practices for using hardware wallets to make sure you're covering all your bases. Although the product images show it, I wouldn't recommend carrying this in your wallet - it's well constructed but not strong enough for that kind of repeated mechanical stress. On the plus side for construction, the screen is sharper than expected and my phone had no trouble reading the QR code for the online documentation. If you take reasonable precautions with your device and access info (recovery words/PIN), this hardware wallet is a strong addition to your crypto management strategy.

Fine if you speak another language
This thing had everything written in either Korean and other unknown Eastern languages. Are you kidding? Returned, of course
