Lyons Original Irish Tea. 80 Bags
Lyons tea has a rich, comforting flavor that reminds me of my mum, who was from Ireland. Every morning cup feels like a little connection to home. Excellent quality and great value.

Lyons Original Irish Tea...very nice tea
Having given up coffee several months ago, I am now a confirmed tea drinker. My journey began with purchasing several brands of black tea (at all price points, but all with origins in the UK) here on Amazon based on Amazon customer reviews. Lyons Original is up there with the best. Very flavorful, rich, and quite satisfying especially in the morning. Another reviewer described it as "malty," which is an apt description of this tasty Irish-origin tea. Lyons will remain in my current rotation along with a couple of Harney & Sons black teas (pricey but worth every penny), Taylor's Yorkshire Gold (excellent value), and Taylor's Scottish Breakfast Tea, all very fine teas. UPDATE: After more than a year of exploring the world of tea, I have to give an enthusiastic, unqualified thumbs-up to Lyon's Original Irish Tea. For the price, I can't find a better black tea. For that matter, I've tried certain black teas that are double, even treble the price of Lyon's that would not justify leaving Lyon's in the cupboard. I prefer strong, bold tea which requires a brewing time in excess of the typical 4-6 minute brewing recommended by most blenders. I have found that many teas, no matter how good they are, will not stand up to a long brew time. Lyon's does. An 8 minute Lyon's brew (even longer when I absentmindedly forget my brewing tea) yields a strong, mellow, rich, dark brew that is outstanding straight-up, with lemon, or milk/cream...never bitter, never tannic. Kudos to Lyon's. Keep up the good blending and don't change anything!

Lyons tea is the BEST!!!
I have been drinking Lyons tea for several years now and it is, in my opinion, the best on the market. I was a devout Lipton fan and it is still my go to back up when Lyons is unavailable. This tea brews very quickly and has a wonderful aroma and exceptional taste. The tea bags do not have strings to help in removing so the old fashion spoon removal method is a must. Be careful how long you steep the tea as it gets strong and dark quickly. If you enjoy tea give it a try and I am sure you will enjoy its rich flavor.

Bold and tasteful.
If you like a tasteful bold cup of tea where you can genuinely enjoy the taste of tea this is the best brand out there. So many teas are weak and tastes but this is a proper cup of tea.

Surdy, Irish Black Tea Good
NICE Irish black tea. Similar to Barry's and Yorkshire. Hearty, deep flavor...fine cupa.

Smoother yet a bit stronger than the tea sold in the U.S.
I've had Lyons tea in the past and loved it and still doesn't. It makes the best ice tea too!

So delicious
This tea is so delicious. I recently traveled back to Ireland and drank this while I was there. I was so glad to be able to find it online! There is no better black tea!
