Great for My Lower Back & Hip While Sleeping
Great product. Soft & Cushy-and very thin as I needed for my back and hip area. Post surgery I needed a very thin, soft, mat/pad. I bought one of these and liked it so much that I bought another. I lay them lined up across the bed and surprisingly they don’t slide much across the fitted sheet. The size makes them easy to pack in my suitcase for travel. If there was a larger size, I would get one.

Great add to my pillow
I’d been struggling with finding a pillow with proper support for a long time, I could never find the balance between a pillow that was a nice balance of soft and firm that also kept a nice shape without clumping. My current pillow was almost perfect, it just didn’t quite have the shape retention or support I was looking for. Rather than trying to find another pillow and spending lots of money, I chose to try out this foam pad and I am so glad I did. I put it in the pillowcase on top of my pillow, and instantly when trying it out I felt relief. Just after one night of use, I woke up without the neck pain I had been dealing with for so long. I highly recommend this to people who are looking for a more supportive pillow experience, without the need to spend the money on new pillows.

Ranking Firmness levels of Amazon thin pillows
I have ordered several thin pillows on my search for a perfect pillow for me. I'm going to rank the ones I bought according to firmness levels so others will have an easier time deciding which is right for them. I have neck issues and sleep on my back and prefer a thinner pillow. Those 5 inch thick pillows don't work for me. I wanted a slim memory foam pillow that was supportive but still soft. I have ordered 4 pillows and an insert from Amazon and wanted to share my opinions and offer my view of firmness of each pillow. The worst part of ordering pillows from Amazon is you have no idea how soft or firm any are in relation to the others. I have purchased the Iwacool 3.6 inch, D Light 3.25 inch, the Bluewave 3.25 inch, and the blissbury 2.6 inch. I also bought a 1 inch LOFE insert. Of the 4 brands, the Iwacool is the firmest. It offers great support but you do not sink into the pillow hardly at all. It is very firm and would be the best pillow for side sleepers. It is comfortable and works good but is a little too firm for me. The blissbury was by far the softest and most giving and didn't offer much support. My head bottomed out on the pillow when I laid on it. In Blissbury's defense, I purchased the 2.6 inch instead of the 3.6 and it was too thin for me. I purchased the 1 inch LOFE insert and it feels better now that it is a little thicker (LOFE insert was soft and supportive and helped keep it from bottoming out). The other two brands are right in the middle of these two. The D light offers more support and is a little firmer than the Bluewave. The Bluewave feels the most comfortable of all the pillows I bought. It feels wonderful on your head, with enough give to make you comfortable without sinking in and bottoming out. The D light was a little bit more supportive but not as soft as the Bluewave. I liked the feel of the Bluewave because it springs back quicker than most memory foam pillows and gives the perfect mix of softness and support. My neck on the other hand, liked the D light the most because of the extra support in the neck area. I will continue to try all of them to see which one works best in the end. Each pillow has a different level of firmness, and I thought it would be helpful to explain the different levels for each brand. The Iwacool is firmest. The D light is next being firm but still soft, for a perfect mix. Then the Bluewave which felt like laying on a cloud, wonderfully soft but not as supportive as the others. The blissbury was the thinnest and weakest and bottomed out pretty easy but would probably be better if the thicker one was ordered.

Perfect for a cat bed.
It's very soft and it definitely would not suffice as a pillow but as an insert it would be nice but I bought it to make a pad for my cat so I think it'll be perfect for that. Also I did not notice any strange or unpleasant smell.

Great For Pain
I use this foam mat/pillow for several things. For reference, I bought the 1.2 inch, and use it while in bed to prop my laptop on my legs. I also use it when I have lower back and hip pain. I place it between myself and the mattress, and lie on my back. It does alleviate some discomfort. I just ordered another one to use together to form a bigger mat for when I sleep. It should help the pain in my hips and lower back. I am a side sleeper and the pain can be excruciating. Overall, it’s a great deal for the money. It’s soft but supportive.

Too Low for Proper Support—Feels Like No Pillow at All
I purchased the LOFE Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow hoping for customizable comfort, but it fell short of expectations. Even with the adjustable feature, the pillow remained too low, offering minimal support—it felt almost like sleeping without a pillow. While the memory foam itself is soft and the cover feels nice, the lack of adequate height made it unsuitable for me, especially for proper neck and back alignment. If you prefer a higher loft or need firm support, this probably isn’t the right choice. Pros: - Soft memory foam with a comfortable cover - Adjustable design (though still too low for my needs) Cons: - Too low, offering little to no neck support - Feels almost like sleeping without a pillow - Not ideal for those needing a higher loft or firmer support

Good thin pillow for back sleeping
I have an adjustable bed and using my pillow while inclined was angling my neck too much while sleeping on my back. I tried going without a pillow, but it was uncomfortable on the back of my head. This pillow has been exactly what I needed. It’s soft on the back of my head and allows my neck to stay in a more neutral position. I definitely recommend for a back sleeper who is looking for a very thin, soft pillow.

Just the right height boost.
I’ve tried to use stuffing, folded small blankets clothes lol. I’ve tried a lot to find anything that works old boost my pillow slightly without being too hard or uneven. This is the perfect height and softness. I returned the others and settled in this one. Definitely worth it as a side sleeper and back sleeper at times!

Exactly the amount of lift and softness I needed to elevate my pillow for a comfortable position.

Was hoping this would give my pillow that little height boost it needed since all the replacement pillows I've tried are massive busts. However this provides no additional loft because it completely collapses to paper thin once weight is applied.
