Ein Muss für Cubitron-Scheiben – Maximale Leistung!
Ich nutze den gerippten, roten 3M-Stützteller auf einem Standard-Winkelschleifer für grobe Entrostungs- und Schweißnahtarbeiten. Der Unterschied zu weicheren Standard-Tellern ist enorm. Warum sich der Kauf lohnt: Aggressiver Abtrag: Da der Teller "sehr hart" ist, wird der Anpressdruck eins zu eins auf das Werkstück übertragen. Perfekt für maximalen Materialabtrag. Die Kühlrippen: Die gerippte Struktur ist kein Marketing-Gag. Sie sorgt für spürbar mehr Luftzirkulation. Das Schleifgut wird weniger heiß, verfärbt sich nicht so schnell und die Schleifscheiben halten deutlich länger. Verarbeitung: Typisch 3M. Das M14-Gewinde ist präzise geschnitten, der Teller läuft perfekt zentriert und ohne Unwucht, was das Arbeiten deutlich gelenkschonender macht. Fazit: Der Teller ist zwar teurer als No-Name-Produkte, aber durch die gesparte Zeit und den geringeren Verschleiß an Schleifscheiben hat man das Geld blitzschnell wieder drin. Wer Leistung will, kauft hier.
